Dangerous environment (last year, two men were found with meth and guns in one of the lobby bathrooms after hours). Employees. (3 women in my department were going for medical related degrees but took jobs outside of OSF because of how they were treated). Entire hospital is understaffed and overworked. The benefits are a joke. And management are out of touch with reality.

Such an insane culture of conservative thinking and bureaucracy. It's nearly impossible to get anything done. OSF will continue to slide into irrelevance with their inability to judge talent and good ideas.
