OSF Healtcare does not care about their employees. During this Covid-19 pandemic, our department has been flexing us, and we are only working about half of our FTE status. The right thing to do would be to offer the employees furlough pay! Most healthcare employers are offering furlough pay during this time. NOT OSF, they are telling us we either have to take our PTO, or take our time unpaid. They preach that they are all about the "mission partner," but when it comes time to step up to the plate, they leave us to fend for ourselves. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.
