Just a tad better than a staffing firm

Pros

Less travel compared to other big IT consulting firms.Small company with mostly old-timers and relatives of senior leadership.

Cons

Absolute lack of project management and good project managers. Firing is common with no bench time allowed. This is a staffing firm which has failed to make it big and manages to win projects by bidding low and then squeezes employees to deliver in short timelines.

1) Many Oracle Apps (Implementation, Upgrade and Support) projects. Have around 50 client in different industry. This give the opportunity to work in different projects and fast learning. 2) Got great visibility on project you work.

Cons

1) It is primarily there in OIracle applications. It is very slow in JAVA, .NET, Peoplesoft etc technology. 2) Someone has to focus on asset building and product tools for R12 Projects.
