Not ready to change. Tied up with some age old Oracle Apps

Its very good company for Oracle people, that too Oracle Apps and Functional people.

Cons

OSI is the original company from which Nisum technologies evolved. Nisum has grown like charm meeting all the market demands and needs. But OSI is not willing to change and tied up with some legacy stuff like Oracle Apps.,. etc. They are happy very few client base who needs maintenance projects and very small budget projects. They don't recruit smart technical people or architects, as they might question the existing process and weak client base. Current many smart technical people are leaving the company, as there are no technical projects(i.e. which meets the market demand) at all. Onsite management is more weak/dumb than offshore. They are not ready for change at all.

Good number of extra curricular and informal activities like badminton,cricket and etc. Nisum is the client to them(which has good ecommerce projects) due to which organisation is surviving. Annual party and gifts

Cons

No process oriented. Worst hr team,very worst people in hr department,should realise they are also the employees and it's just a different day on the calendar for them too. No major projects apart from the Nisum client. Very high attrition level due to the worst policies of the organisation. Lot of local projects.
