OSI sucks compared to Nisum..Welcome to politics. OSI is a sinking ship. No projects No onsite. Everything is controlled from Hyderabad. You have to follow up or fight with finance team and everything for matter. They don't care Not good appraisals. Even though you are on project and working till half night. Started big company policies.. hiring experienced people to put them on bench. OSI turned out to be a mediocre company. Not good projects. Not one project at all at this moment. All you have to work on is UI project. That is for just internal purposes. Or to keep people busy. All of freshers are hired on 3 year contract. As soon as you have 2.7-2.8 years of experience they will ask to start looking out. No appreciation. No matter how hard you work. They will say not good performance and ask to leave. Everything is in control with middle management. Even though they are not experienced leads. It's afternoon shift. always. 3pm to 12 at night. They won't hire ladies. Sometimes it feels like gay party. Choose wisely before you join.
