      The hospital expects loyalty but doesn't return the loyalty. They only pay well to new hires. Won't make pay adjustments to long term employees

      Amazing benefits in network. Everyone is nice to your face.

      Cons

      There is an IN club, if you're not in it, well, good luck out there. Work/life balance? Never heard of that here. Degrees required for everyone now, even for answering phones.
