Our Total Rewards team conducts market analyses annually, which allows us to continue to align our pay structure and merit increases with national and state standards for all professions, including nursing, while annual merit increases are based on each individual’s performance for the previous year. We currently provide around-the-clock shuttle service, with frequent direct routes to our hospitals during peak times, such as shift change.
