As part of our growth under our new non-profit status, we are working hard to increase employee satisfaction in the areas you mentioned. Our food service contractor recently conducted a survey, which should help improve our cafeteria services. While parking is always an issue in crowded downtown Oklahoma City, OU Medicine offers a dedicated shuttle service for employees who park off-site. Regarding compensation, since the creation of OU Medicine in early 2018, the Total Rewards team at OU Medicine has been developing a Total Rewards philosophy and compensation structure designed to best meet the needs of OU Medicine and its employees. As a part of this process, we will evaluate positions annually, based on local, regional and national survey data, and will make adjustments where necessary. Our primary focus is to ensure that our employees are compensated equitably and appropriate to market.
