      Honestly can’t think of any. I’ve been miserable since I started.

      Poor management who is not involved and plays favorites. Unorganized. Extreme high turnover.

      I have wonderful coworkers that foster amazing teamwork

      The hospital expects loyalty but doesn't return the loyalty. They only pay well to new hires. Won't make pay adjustments to long term employees
