      They get you in with the offers of decent pay and lots of vacation time.

      Basically every thing outside of pay. I'll update this once I no longer work here. They like to retaliate when anyone says anything about the problems here.

      Teamwork is pretty good overall

      Executive management is terrible. New CNO is changing absolutely everything including eliminating leadership positions. They’re getting rid of supervisor jobs and I don’t have a manager. Who’s going to go the schedule? Or approve PTO? Or help me on the floor? Or help me with any benefits stuff? Stupid that hems getting rid of the position that does most of a managers job when. Most managers in this hospital don’t do anything anyway. My supervisors in any department I’ve ever been in have been the ones to teach me and coach me so that I do things right. I’ve never even met the interim managers, they never come introduce themselves to nightshift.
