- Friendly people overall, though it is very cliquey throughout the building - Oatey offers a very generous annual bonus based on overall company performance

Cons

- Oatey looks to advance and promote only certain individuals it favors, regardless of their background. They do not care if they lack the skill-set to move forward and will ignore other candidates. - HR poorly handles difficult situations and does not communicate well regarding advancement opportunities. - There are distinct silos within the organization between departments. Communication is very lacking, even though everyone is in one building. Blame is easily spread rather than trying to effectively communicate and try to complete the goals for the customer.
