Pros

There are some good co-workers that have become good friends.

Cons

WHAT happened to the HR Dpt-it's very odd that the HR team has completely left in the last few months even looking back they had other great people on the team that has left that were with the company for a long time....people say they don't leave the job they leave their managers. Management-listen and be more engaged with what is happening to your employees-there needs to be change and you need to hold your leaders accountable.

Pros

Oberto is an exciting and fun place to work, and there is a nice blend of experienced people and newer hires. There have been great additions to the Sales and Marketing teams which has helped introduce our products to a wider range of consumers, and our production and quality teams have made great improvements as well. Our R&D team continues to develop new and exciting products (Trail Mix!) and our products taste better than ever. Oberto has a diverse and talented team of employees, and the culture is improving from what it was in years past. The compensation and benefits program is comparable to other companies in the same field and there is a bonus plan available for both salaried and hourly employees.

Cons

As with any long tenured company, Oberto has it's share of employees who long for the "good old days" and are very resistant to change. The past was great, but the future will be even better. Plant leadership needs to work together and be on the same page.
