Lack of good management, CEO people need to go into production and run some equipment to actually get a clue on what expectations truly are and how it all works, You cant sit behind a desk an crunch numbers and complain to the lead and management to make it better when there is no preventative maintenance when you cant run a machine yourself. Lack of assistance and not enough help. Too many operators and leads trying to run machines but are left doing packaging an rework not being able to learn machines properly. I have seen way to many people leaving due to the stress level and lack of help without pay raises and lack of trust with each other. Some people that have been there longer stand around and do not help they just point and walk away. This place has such a lack of team work and will fail in time without proper help from everyone from the top on down to even the janitor.

Negative place to be. Managers Supervisors take advantage of employees. I work since 2 year and no pay increase. My family start work this year and make more than me at same job. Is hard work, small pay, rude management.
