      Pros

      OTS is a company where you can fully establish a career. Managers are great about checking in with everyone on their career goals and making sure you’re on track to meet your targets and eventually move up into the position you want.

      Cons

      Just the usual office politics. Respect the chain of command and you won’t have any issues.

      Pros

      The company has matured and become more structured in the years that I’ve been here. Overall, my role feels more stable and I can better commit myself to other aspects outside of my pre-defined roll. The company is doing amazing when it comes to handling the pandemic and working from home.

      Cons

      It has become more corporate over the years, but I believe that happens to any company once it starts to gain more experience and stability.

      Pros

      I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience, but mine was nothing short of wonderful. I grew exponentially in my career, learned more about my craft, and honed my marketing and sales skills. My direct supervisor was a huge support for me and I’m grateful for all of his guidance and advice.

      Cons

      They really need to update their tech. It hampers productivity.
