      Pros

      I’d say this company is doing everything they should be doing. The environment is uplifting and positive. You won’t find any negativity unless you bring it in the door with you. The team is focused, smart and dedicated. You won’t find a finer group of professionals anywhere you look. Executive leadership are visionary and always looking forward. I’m eager for what the future has in store for me here.

      Cons

      There have been some bumps in the road but we’re all learning how to roll with the punches and get right back on the saddle.

      Pros

      Keep yourself updated on the latest and greatest technologies out there. Stand on the frontier of the latest IT innovations. Don’t just work a job. Start a career at a company that genuinely cares about you as a person. What I liked most about this company is that they didn’t treat me like a number. They treated me like they actually cared.

      The salary could have been better.

      Pros

      Honest, humble, intelligent, hard working, interesting and innovative. This is the first company I've worked at that truly is not ego driven, but refreshingly results driven. My experience of OTS is that it cares about its people and is very generous on all fronts.

      Cons

      I haven’t noticed anything so far, but that might just be because I’m still so new.
