      Pros

      I’ve worked for a couple of companies like Object Technology Solutions. I won’t pretend like this company is perfect but it’s still one of the better work experiences I’ve ever had. You will be treated with immense respect and given plenty of freedom to do your job without someone hovering over your shoulder watching your every move. They trust their staff here.

      Plenty of on the job learning.

      Pros

      I have nothing but good things to say about Object Technology Solutions. I’ve been in this industry for years, and it’s one of the few companies that go out of their way to not only keep their clients satisfied but also their employees. You’re rewarded for all the hard work you put in and your contributions are always acknowledged.

      Cons

      It’s a fast-paced environment and not everyone is cut out for it. You need to have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and also be very adaptable.

      Pros

      It doesn’t take long to get into a nice flow. The learning curve isn’t that high which makes it a good choice for someone just getting started in their career. The leadership are firm but fair. Not everyone agrees with the management style but I’ve found that the management are on the side of their employees.

      Cons

      Insurance could have been better.
