      Working with OTSI more than an year now, the company and the team provides more challenging assignments and exposure , provides and helps you with all the technical knowledge and resources to fulfill the job at given time. Good Work culture. More work life balance More team building activities are conducted that adds to the real bonding between employees and the management

      Pros

      OTSi has a friendly work environment, also with a splendid infrastructure. Being at a growing stage, it offers me a great exposure to optimize my abilities. Freedom to work and I have seen a lot of scope here to learn multiple technical and communication skills which leads to personal and professional growth.

      Pros

      A service based company where employees and their needs are given topmost priority. Employees have a lot of opportunities to explore and grow professionally. Flexible work timings in order to have balanced work life and personal life. I am fortunate to have encouraging senior management and cooperative colleagues at OTSi.
