      “I have been working with this company since 2014. Good work environment. Encouraging & Supportive superiors I have. This a great place where we can learn & grow. I have heard many companies use the term work/life balance but witnessed in OTSI. Awesome Infrastructure & facilities for employees”.

      Pros

      I have been working at OTSi full-time (2years). Good working environment. You will get enough options to enrich your skills. Good Compensation compared to other service based companies. Good work life balance and flexi working hours. Overall good working environment. Good yearly and promotion increments.

      Pros

      Friendly people outside of management. You can definitely tell that management thinks that they are above everyone else. However, the people that aren't in management are friendly

      Cons

      There is no 401k. Management doesn't talk to each other. When they talk to the employees, you can tell they are only doing it because they feel that it is a must. There is no direction from upper management. They are more about hitting an imaginary number than anything. They don't care about employees or their families. They aren't above lying directly to your face.
