Too strict on punctuality during probation. I was late only 2 times and they put me on last warning. Food from cafeteria wasn’t that great. Monthly pay

They seem to try and find ways to sack you the slightest faux pas and it’s”see your manager before printing your route” flashes up on the screen. I dreaded each and every day got constant bad knees from all the stair climbing took a good 9 months to recover after I left and have been ok ever since. 80% of work is in London stress, stress stress! Hi turnover of drivers- you see newbies doing their 1st week training every week-what does that tell you!? Also all the vans are left idling-the diesel fumes can be overpowering- because of the freezer in the van -so they’re not very caring about pollution ,or you getting a lung disease later in life. Ocado doesn’t deserve to succeed don’t help them find another job there’s loads out there. And the staff shop is useless- only ever stocked with the “ also - rans” very seldom known brands on offer and little choice got the impression it’s an afterthought- try and flog it to the wage slaves if it doesn’t shift of the shelves - at least that’s what the sell by dates suggest …made me feel second rated
