Pros
The business is growing fast and uses a wide variety of modern technologies. It is nice to be working on something that makes a positive impact on people's lives. The hours are good and flexible and there are a number of sports and social clubs for employees.
Cons
There aren't a lot of good places to eat around the office so lunches can get repetitive. The pay is not up to London rates and pay reviews can be disappointing.
