Pros
Good service provided. Several areas on IT to work on from hardware to software development. Nice technology culture.
Cons
Not really social environment, all social events are happening outside work and for someone living in London mostly far away. The bussines park were is placed is not great as there is nothing around to socialize. Certain lack of processes or framework to work with in the IT departement. There is no culture for team building, the only one done was after work and half expense by employees.
