Pros

Top notch, state of the art technology Great coworkers. Excellent training. Great place to learn. Travel opportunities. Good benefits. Pay on time.

Cons

Terrible working schedule. Rotation changes every month. High Turnover rate at all levels. Abusive client company. K*og*r treats Ocado employes like 19th century slaves. Poor management: Nepotism, toxic positivism, and in general, underqualified managers take over and get promoted due to high turnover.
