      Good laugh when in a good team Getting out and about occasionally

      Poorly managed. Managers are just glorified admin and couldn't care less if it is all behind schedule. It is a highly stressful environment which is fine but no effort is made to correct poor methods of working. Also quick to get on your case when something is wrong. I can not comprehend why anyone would want to this over the driving for a few pence extra an hour. You got to do what you got to do so you land at Ocado but it has to be only temporary.

      The workplace culture is significantly strained by leadership’s communication style. Management frequently employs aggressive and exclusionary tactics, often singling out individuals in group settings rather than handling performance conversations privately. Boundaries are rarely respected, and mistakes are met with blame rather than solutions. This creates a high-stress environment that has caused several strong performers to leave prematurely.
