      Helpful role with autonomy but lacks communication

      Pros

      Great job; you are basically helping people get their shopping done with very few problems. You can fix things, and you have the autonomy to pick what's best for your customer.

      Cons

      When processes change, and very little communication is sent out, you are expected to learn the hard way. Shift patterns have changed recently, and they are very poor - 6-day work weeks

      Great people but wanting more accountability

      Pros

      Overall a good place to work. People are friendly and supportive. Plenty of opportunities to get involved in initiatives and activities outside of day to day work too.

      Cons

      Fast moving and different priorities, could sometimes get a bit lost.
