Below average place to work

Pros

- 3 days off a week - You can book your own holidays - Friendly colleagues - Career opportunities. You can work your way up to become a co-ordinator, manager or engineer. You can be trained in other areas of the warehouse. You can be trained on a PPT and/or forklift truck, even if you are a new starter.

Cons

- Long days and tiring work in a place with little atmosphere - Not much thanks for the hard work you do - The pay isn't as good as other companies - Feel like just a number rather than a person sometimes. - Some managers are unhelpful - Toilets smell horrendous - Some dirty areas in the warehouse
