ONLY the benefits and absolutely nothing else!

Cons

Management is horrendous...don't care about employees or students...classes are strictly to make money, not to have students actually learn...morale is the worst I have ever seen among employees...they only stay because the benefits are better than most but as soon as they get another job they are gone. The president is strictly a figurehead and the VP of Finance is the one who really runs the show. So many safety issues and problems that are just covered with band aids. As long as you kiss butt you are fine...the second you stand up for anything you are gone!!! HR department is a joke, they truly do not care about the employees in any way possible.

Pros

So much free time since they don't know what to do with us. Ppl keep quitting but Im happy to just sit there and gossip and make 200 phone calls a week to students who couldn't care less. They allow remote work and its easy to just look busy on Teams...

Cons

Bosses are fake nice and play favorites, lots of office cliques. Lots of complaining and low morale by staff OCC almost lost its accreditation recently...def dont send your kids to the school!
