Students. They are the only thing that will keep an employee on the academic-side sane.

Cons

Administrators. They ALL SUCK. OCC got a new president one year ago. She seems nice and listens but nothing changes. I honestly think that the CFO, a shrew of a woman, is running the show at the behest of the former president who detests faculty. Faculty have zero say in academics or really anything at OCC.

Cons

Staff could use in depth training on how to use active listening skills. Being more patient with the students and being there for their needs. After all, the students are why they have a job. Customer service is lacking immensely. They should have secret students for observations.
