Pros

Pretty flexible, not rigid. The people are nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I enjoy working here and teaching the students.

Cons

Lack of oversight. You are pretty much on your own, and learn everything through trial and error. The pay is not great, but it is a nice part time job.
