Unqualified management, vague directions coming from management with no clarity when requested, will hyperfocus on employee flaws while offering no encouragement when they excel, puts the employees down, does not value their employees, keeps employees that are consistently underperforming and bringing the entire team down with them, constantly changing in a bad way, toxic company culture, inadequate training offered (if any at all), lack of structure and set processes, it feels like everyone is running around like a chicken with its head cut off and that we are constantly putting out fires, company success is shared with the stakeholders and not the employees, no substantial raises or bonuses given even if the quality of work warrants it, no clear instructions on how to carry out KPIs to meet goals in order to perform well on yearly reviews
