      New management has changed the morale of the company due to their arrogance and demanding of control of all aspects. Company used to have good management structure and family feel to company.

      Thank you for commenting. One of the things we are most proud of is our purpose: connecting our farms to families for a better life. From a colleague perspective that includes great salary and benefits, a fast-paced environment, and open and honest dialogue where we get diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. While recent transformation and change has meant both saying goodbye to some colleagues and welcoming many new, we remain one team—one family—on an exciting journey for this business.

      So many great colleagues who continue to work hard in spite of all of the adverse work situations

      Cons

      The grand plan is failing, in a big way. You can’t lay-off or outsource jobs on a monthly basis and expect employees to remain engaged and motivated. The recently terminated CEO and current Board underestimated the value of loyal employees. People make a company, not grand plans or flashy technology.

      Most things about the direction and the way upper management caries themselves are sad. Tough to see so many unjust lay offs.

      In July, Ocean Spray announced the final phase of its tech-led transformation, which will modernize our business and make it more flexible, as well as create more meaningful and strategic roles to deliver on our goals and growth strategy. Unfortunately, with that change, some of our colleagues will be transitioning out of our cooperative. We recognize the range of emotions this announcement caused, as demonstrated by these recent posts. We are confident this is the right business decision, both for our Farmer-Owners and for the health and growth of the business. Our goal has and will remain to treat any impacted colleagues with respect, provide them with assistance and transitional benefits, and also take care of our team as we move forward together. Our business strategy is working, we delivered on our commitments this year, and we are proud of the accomplishments all of our have colleagues worked so hard for. We remain excited and ready for the future.
