Some managers threaten to write employees up if they don't meet a quota. I think its awful to penalize a good employee over something that is put of their control. Some people will cut you off mid sentence and say no! I get enough junk emails. You can't force people to give you their phone number and email if they don't want to! I feel like as long as they are trying that's all you can ask for!
