Pros

Benefits are good and normally allowed to transfer to different divisions

Cons

Sexually harassing and discriminatory toward female offshore employees. If you don't have a good pair of knee pads and play their game you won't get ahead and they will find a way to get rid of you. No career advancement beyond Rov Tech for any females offshore. It doesn't matter how long you have been with the company, the company and upper management are loyal to no one!!

Pros

I honestly cannot think of one positive thing to say I hear good things about other areas of the business but I was not fortunate enough to be in the right one.

Cons

Where do I begin? Not open to new ideas; processes, procedures or technology Horrible communication from leadership; in fact there's little to none Benefits aren't great No employee perks or appreciation Leaders treat their groups as if they are beneath them Any new systems or processes are released without thorough testing Antiquated systems used Very little training Non-existent HR No documented process leaving people to come up with their own which causes mistakes because no one does things the same. High turnover

Pros

Great benefits with an easy commute (at least for me); peaceful work environment; great co-workers; fairly flexible with commitments outside the office

Cons

Some employees seem to have special treatment; raises are far and few between while the corporation acquires other companies for cash - the employees don't seem very appreciated
