Ethical, forward-thinking, and very Customer-orientated. Feedback from the general public is absolutely outstanding, Lots of people refer us to family, friends and neighbours which helps a lot within the role. Benefits and pay package both excellent

Cons

None really; travelling can be an issue but very rarely. In a similar vein Rotas done longer in advance would allow easier planning with home life. However these are manageable and we have great team leaders and understanding Management who are very helpful.
