Pros

Nice new office and beautiful scenery outside.

Cons

Leadership at the company is largely ineffective and in over their heads. To compensate, they tend to be highly controlling and micro managers, wanting control and say in all aspects of the company, not just the areas they're expected to lead and manage. They are constantly trying to conquer new areas of responsibility at the expense of someone else or some other team. They don't seem to like each other either so there is constant infighting within that layer of leadership to throw the others under the bus and gain favor with the board and executives. Read the reviews, they all indicate the same thing. Lots of people are leaving and for good reason. You'll be asked to do work but don't expect to be listened to or for your opinion to have any value. There is no upward career mobility. You're stuck at whatever level you get hired in at, so you better like it.

Pros

good location and good platform of tech

Cons

one thing I used really like OU is work life balance. after we got amazon coo, we gain more amazon culture. No wfh, manager asked me to work extra hours in stand-up. Fortunately, my manager does not understand any technology and no way he is able to know how much work I actually did, so my life is not that bad

Pros

most of co-workers are super nice

Cons

Engineers are keeping leaving since last year. C-level leadership is dreaming about hire new directors can help to maintain engineers earlier this year. Unfortunately, they are not capable to hire people with management profession. All the new hired managers are only doing politics and lick the foot of c-level.
