1. Many talented engineers from different culture and background work collaboratively and seamlessly to deliver results. 2. Management is very supportive in taking initiatives from engineers in various forms. 3. Engineering decisions are driven by data and impact, rather than individuals' passion on specific technologies, which could be disastrous to a tech company. 4. Tech stack is advanced and up-to-date, without risking robustness and availability of online services. 5. A friendly workplace for software engineers.

No real cons. More free food is better.

Pros

Right after start, everyone was really helpful here, this was a real culture shock for me after working 4 years in Microsoft where things are really different :) everyone is seriously interested in product success, all ideas are supported and reviewed, easy communication with upper management. Seems like it's great place to be now, and it opens many career opportunities.

Cons

No free food, however they have free lunches twice a week and great snacks.
