      Pros

      Great place in the beginning. Learned a lot of how to manage and deal with people.

      Cons

      Couldn't find their niche as time went on. Changed commissions numerous times and it was hard to figure out what everyone could earn. Since ISCE was installed, it became harder to get all the work done that was required and it didn't matter your store results, it all came down to if you were doing ISCE by the book.

      Ecommerce Testing Department is a place to be

      Pros

      Anyone may survive for years without being productive in Ecommerce Testing department as the management don't know anything about technology, business and domain.

      Cons

      They have thousands of unnecessary test cases on the name of which their manual and automation testers keep passing time. Management was 100% dependent on development managers for test planning and strategy. It was obvious as the director had only 6 months previous exp. as manager and the manager had only 4 months previous exp. as Test Lead. Manual Testers continue working without any direction while Automation Testers has been promising since 5-7 years to automate the unnecessary test cases in near future.
