      Pros

      Management in store were easy to work with, great co workers

      Cons

      Cut staff to the point that it was impossible to run the place and keep customers happy. Come on guys, what makes you think you can run a copy center with one employee for 8 hours at a time? Worked in a city with a large university so the place was constantly busy yet they would never have more than one person scheduled at a time in the copy center for 8 hours. They still expected 100% customer satisfaction yet would understaff the place. Beyond believable. The day this company goes out of business can't come soon enough.

      Casual, loose working environment, decent pay, good hours, relatively self-directed, opportunities for growth, lots of chances to learn new skills and technologies.

      Cons

      Lots of uncertainty related to company's future, occasionally chaotic, lots of reorganizations, instability of upper management and leadership, not very progressive in terms of adopting new technologies and updating business models for current selling environment.
