      The best part about working at this job was the people. I mean my coworkers. The pay is good, considering all of the constraints that are always being placed on you.

      Cons

      The managers tell you that the sky is the limit. What is NOT mentioned is that this place is microcosm of corporate america. Ergo if you don't look like the rest of the "typical" corporate structure, you will not be promoted. Bonus structure is highly questionable- ie it changes during the quarter that you are supposed to be paid out. If you and your spouse work here, only 1 of your will receive a bonus during a quarter. I mean even if you see that you have a bonus, it will mysteriously be gone during payout period.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Friendly & hard working fellow associates. Constantly changing and new challenges. Newest products for technology & office attract new customers & learning.

      Cons

      Hourly pay grade / rate below competition for like work. Understaffing requires multitasking & responsibilities beyond pay rate. Incentives for add on's (TDS; PPP; etc) eliminated. Pay not commensurate to experience, knowledge, performance, ability. Annual rate increases approx. 1/2 inflation rate. No advancement opportunities. Skill level of new employees has declined.
