      Pros

      Great PTO starting out. From the day I started in management (after a year of being with the company) I had 3 weeks and 1 day of PTO. The company provides many opportunities to move up/be promoted. Bonuses are okay. They come from a percentage of sales and a percentage of profit. Can be up to about $500 a piece or as low as $50 a piece.

      Cons

      A lot of the learning is kind of on the fly. You're required to to learn a lot on your own. However, this isn't the worst thing and is kind of beneficial. Raises could be better. 3% only helps so much when inflation is taken into consideration.

      Pros

      Many strong individuals that are smart and dedicated to their roles. Excellent integration of IT team with the business teams. Nice campus.

      Cons

      Leadership is erratic with little attention paid to strategic planning and execution. Projects are not well integrated so issue conflict causes delays and problems. People management is all over the place as there are very strong organizations and very weak organizations. HR support is not consistent.

      Pros

      Everyone is very helpful and thoughtful towards one another.Coworkers have become my best friends more than my outside of work friends. Work is easy and sometimes exciting (in cpd ) managers are great , able to move up in the company

      Cons

      work to hard to get such a terrible pay, not enough employees (which we get yelled at by customers cause they have to wait or thief), machines and equipment are new but sort of outdated ( constantly breaking down), whiplash of new store managers and new rules.
