Senior Mgmt is only concerned with their compensation. The financial restatement with the rebates shows how desperate they were to make their bonus pay outs. I left before the restatement, but even as a low level employee, I knew something was wrong with the numbers. There was always a great deal of pressure to book questionable entries.

A long list of take-aways: 401K match; 2009 Merit Increases for Management throughout North America; reduction of Health Benefits, Bonus Opportunity gone; Stock Options that have flipped completely upside down. However, the most serious downside is the atmosphere of fear that pervades that company. Employees at all levels have been required to sign up and shout the Mantra "Delivering Winning Solutions that Inspire Work Life". But the reality is the direction we've been led makes little sense, and it is professionally challenging to deliver discretionary effort in this current environment.
