Pros

Good question. It is a job and the salary ranges are OK, but get your money up front because there are almost no raises!

Cons

Management is clueless. Projects never end, input from employees is not given any respect, benefits are OK, but you pay a lot of money to get them. The CEO has spent all the cah and now is cutting into the bone to get additional reductions. Many of the management team have no people skills and no knowledge about what the tasks are that their people work on.

Pros

The company often offers good merchandise discounts and flexible hours, and benefits comparable to other similar companies.

Cons

Stores are woefully understaffed. Store associates often blamed for faults of senior management. Pay and raises are not great, and it is very difficult to advance from within the company. Also, outside hires tend to get paid better than company veterans.
