Terrible pay a broken company

Pros

Good employee comrades great atmosphere

Cons

Company, continuously, cuts payroll and expects you to do the same amount of work regardless of staffing. In addition, managers are constantly overworked having to do three other managers and employees jobs with little to no recognition while the CEO and executive leadership make poor business decisions and collect large salaries.

Cons

pay is far below what it should be management views employees as salve labor you can be fired for not working beyond scheduled time will not pay overtime will change your schedule at random and not inform you, you will be punished for not knowing this required to take abuse and racial slurs from customers or you will be fired

Pros

The only thing that kept me there for 6+ years were my coworkers. Super nice people, always willing to help out (sans the occasional lazy managers).

Cons

-Lack of supplies for CPD being sent consistently. Constantly run out of paper and toner for the printers and would barely scrap by to keep up quality. If your store location isn't the size of a warehouse, good luck to have any kind of response regarding supplies. -Horrible COVID regulations. Masks were required by customers only by word alone. -Impossible quotas for sales, reward signups, ink subscriptions to be met. 1 every hour from EACH employee? Half of us don't even check out customers. -Policies change every month, ones that directly affect customer experience too. Down to the most arbitrary things. -Everything must be done through the Online Print Center; no check out at the register. Except the million and one exceptions because the OPC is buggy, out of date, and on 10+ year old computers that can barely run. -Schedules were always a nightmare. When I first started, we knew when we were working next week on Tuesdays. When I left it was dragged all the way to Friday nights. I had to Google how to look at my schedule from home because no manager knew how to do so.
