      Management is flexible when it comes scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay is insulting. I worked there four yrs and when I quit I still was only making 8.76 an hour. Management will Never have your back. A customer could mistreat and verbally abuse an employee and the store manager will throw the employee under the bus EVERY SINGLE TIME! That is the main reason I quit, I need to be respected and did not get it. The manager would never defend or back-up an employee and doesn't matter how good an employee is or had bad the customer is behaving.
