Pros

Well-known enterprise and Fortune 100 clients, a well developed digital business unit for the advertising industry, good benefits, engaging work.

Cons

Chaotic management that didn't always 'get' what it takes to create successful digital initiatives and was often indifferent to the implications of 'shorting' schedules, a general and pervasive indifference to career growth, a stagnant corporate culture. It was commonplace for reviews and salary increases to take several years. Note that I left in 2007, so some things may have changed.

Pros

So impressed with the caliber of people here. Surrounded by motivated, energetic, intelligent coworkers. There is a great sense of team work and people are good to one another. There is great camaraderie - it's a fun place to work. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with these people. Great training program. Good place to start and get experience, good brand name

Cons

office politics, long hours, "perpetual beta", seems like high turnover and a sense of dissatisfaction
