The pay is not bad (union.) Work is steady. The owner is a pretty decent guy.

Cons

Upper management and their politics are infuriating. The amount of bs dealt here is only tolerable bc the pay is decent. Had to train myself to leave this bs at the door when I leave.

Hmmm good insurance and great co workers just don’t get caught asking a question

Expect you to learn and improve from a laptop. No teamwork allowed and don’t even think about asking more than one question on how to do something
