      Not a single thing good at this place

      Management has no clue Self centered want their pockets full Don’t really care about you Write you off once they have worked you till you hurt yourself then deny benifts to help.

      I do believe the owner truly cares for his employees.

      Cons

      They drop commission percentage whenever they want , especially once the reps start building their counties/territory. Discussions about pay are met with threats and bullying. You’re made to believe you aren’t worthy of taking earned PTO. Scheduling PTO is met with a phone call to insure you will be working throughout your vacation. It’s truly toxic and disturbing.
