      Pros

      Great benefits. Amazing co-workers. Fun events around the office. They really put forth the effort to get to know their employees and make them feel important.

      Cons

      It is fairly easy to get burned out as the work is repetitive and ever evolving. Dealing with the members can be very taxing as with any customer service position.

      Pros

      I got to help people that would call in with questions about their plan, their options, and how to begin the process for receiving their benefits.

      Cons

      Management is HORRIBLE! Especially if they feel intimidated by your skill level. If they are unable to get you to resign by their bullying or taunting of ones physical disability, they will resort to the point that they will completely fabricate a situation and set of events that would ultimately cost someone their job. Knowing this was all fabricated-along with management believing that they are above the process of allowing an employee to speak to HR about a situation-They said the employee could not- decision was made. It is simply if you are not part of their "click" they will lie- cheat- and falsely create information to get rid of you.

      Team Environment throughout organization Great benefits (pension, healthcare, savings plans, etc.) Variety of Responsibilities/Lots of Change Chance for Advancement within the organization

      Cons

      Sometimes too bureaucratic A bit of disconnect between high upper level management and rest of the organization (not much worse than a typical organization of this size but worth noting)
