Overall, a Decent Place to Work

Pros

• Benefits are good, PTO is unlimited (mandatory minimum two weeks / suggested max 4 weeks) with manager approval, work schedule is flexible (depending on your department) and working from home is typically always allowed. • Overall, people in the company are friendly, nice, and enjoyable to work with. This certainly can be department-specific. • Can be very autonomous. • HR really focuses on the “Great Place to Work” initiative, often creating small events, delivering food, and asking for feedback from employees.

Cons

• Training on the products and the company is little to none which is unfortunate because it can be pretty complicated to grasp. This definitely enhances the learning curve. • Little to no team work, everyone works independently. • Can seem disorganized at times. Systems don’t always jive, no planning / lots of last minute projects, people working on the same projects, etc… • Very little individual feedback in regards to job performance • Some employees – in my department specifically – seem stressed, short, and sometimes unfriendly • Lots of “this is your job / this is my job / this is not my job” type of delegation. Very little collaboration on projects. • Over-glorification of being “so busy.”

Pros

some people are really nice unfortunately after the company is acquired by oiled, culture has become different

Cons

won't train you for the app and expect you to perform and used that against your performance. u have to learn the system by yourself. be careful with back stabbing persons. Mgr will tell u good things and the next day is totally different and promises said are not true

Pros

Great people - very flexible work environment as far as 'working from home' requests.

Cons

No parking or transit expenses are covered by the company. The PTO is minimal compared to other companies.
