Still no vision

Pros

For the moment, it seems like the business is starting to get control of its losses and turning a profit, or atleast no longer giving away product and services.

Cons

It's been a year since some very major changes had started taking place, and while it's understandable that it would take some time to recover given the tactics that were used, there is still no well defined direction for the business which only seems to be holding out for the oil and gas market to return. Despite the last 6 months being some of the toughest, including loss of benefits and compensation, a number of new administrative positions have been created and the easy going but ambitious attitude in Traverse City has been poisened with the business as usual mentalities of outsiders.

Pros

Wonderful history, products, and customers. At one time, one of the elite systems integrators in the US.

Cons

Current Management (and that in recent history) clueless on the history, products, and customers.
