Pros

New Management is young, focused, and looking to take on the competition with innovation and take a real lead in the industry. Company Incentive plan, good salaries for engineering folks and a new breath of fresh air coming into the management ranks.

Cons

Has had it's challenges as the new younger Executive staff is coming in. Older more seasoned folks who are gun shy of stepping out and taking technical risks.

Challenging work and great people! Lots of room to grow and learn. Product is proven and quality is good. Chance to travel if you desire!

Unstable management! Top management has been totally change twice in the last 5 years making it a very unstable work environment
